Refund Policy
Our refund terms for digital products, in plain language. One paid product, one-time payment, no subscription.

Digital products
The only paid product sold on this site is the premium project template pack, a one-time $19 purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
When you can get a full refund
- You have not downloaded the files, and you ask within 7 days of purchase.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You never received access after paying.
- The product is materially different from what this site described.
After you have downloaded
Because these are digital files that cannot be returned, refunds after download are handled case by case. If the templates are not usable for you, write to us within 7 days explaining the problem and we will look at it fairly. We would rather refund an unhappy customer than argue.
How to request a refund
- Email anujitag@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request".
- Include the email address used at checkout and the payment reference from PayPal or Razorpay.
- Tell us briefly what went wrong.
We respond within one working day. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Almost everything can be resolved faster by email, and we will not argue about a genuine problem.
Campaign management services
Agency services are covered by the individual agreement signed with each client, not by this policy. Advertising spend paid to Taboola, Teads or any other platform is paid to that platform and is subject to its own terms — it cannot be refunded by us.
